How Does Wedding Car Hire Work in the Yarra Valley?

Contact us with the wedding date, venue, number of passengers and the times you need vehicles. We confirm the vehicles and drivers for each leg of the journey and call or text you to confirm the arrangements before the day. On the morning of the wedding, your drivers are on time and confirmed, not just verbally promised.

Yes. We coordinate multiple vehicles for weddings requiring transport across different legs of the day. This might include a vehicle for the bridal party from accommodation to the ceremony, transfers for elderly or mobility restricted guests between the ceremony and reception, and late night returns at the end of the evening.

Vehicle options include sedan, SUV, Premium Silver Taxi and Maxi Van for groups of up to 11 passengers. For large guest lists requiring multiple runs, we work around the venue schedule to ensure the timing is coordinated throughout the day. What Happens If the Reception Runs Later Than Expected?

Late finishes are common at Yarra Valley weddings, particularly at winery venues with evening receptions. We recommend booking your late night return transfers in advance with a confirmed time, then calling us during the evening if the finish time changes. Pre booked late night returns mean the driver is ready and waiting rather than sourced on the night when demand across the region is highest.

Can Guests Travelling from Melbourne Be Included in the Wedding Transport?

Yes. If guests are arriving from Melbourne or surrounding suburbs for the wedding, we can coordinate pickups from multiple addresses or from a central meeting point such as a train station. What to Tell Us When You Book

When making a wedding booking, let us know the venue address, the number of passengers, whether you need multiple pickup points, and your expected finish time. We recommend booking your wedding transport at least four weeks in advance, particularly for Saturday dates between October and April when demand is highest.

Late Night Returns

Many Yarra Valley weddings finish between 11pm and 1am. Yarra Valley Taxis operates 24 hours and can arrange timed returns from the venue to local accommodation or to Melbourne. Discuss your schedule at the time of booking and we will confirm driver availability for your finish time.
